TEDAGUA (Técnicas de Desalinización de Aguas, S.A.), (hereinafter, the Company) informs users of the www.tedagua.com website (hereinafter, the Website) of the current legislation on personal data protection, user privacy and the confidential nature and safety of personal data.

 

The Company expresses its undertaking to comply with the current legislation affecting data protection, and specifically Organic Act 15/1999 of 13 December 1999, on Personal Data Protection, Royal Decree 1720/2007 approving Data Protection Act Regulations and other applicable legislation. For the purpose of complying with this undertaking, the Company has drafted the following Data Protection Policy, in order to allow users to freely and voluntarily decide which information they wish to furnish through our website.
